Please include copies of any applicable licenses, certifications or permits as required by law, with your application. 

Mail the signed compliance sheet that comprises the last page of the rules and regulations, the membership application, and a check or money order for $100 payable to Piedmont Farmers Market to:

Please return your application at least 7 days prior to the date you wish to sell, along with your membership fee.  Your application will be considered.  Upon approval, you will be sent your membership card.  Should your application be denied, your membership fee will be refunded to you.

 Your annual membership gives you access to all of our markets if space is available.  Please note that there is an additional booth rental at each of the individual market.

Each individual application is vetted by our Membership Committee.  Remember, crafts must involve the "skillful use of the hands."  We do not allow reselling of purchased craft items.

Please note:  Some markets have further restrictions according to the wishes of our Site Sponsors.
